Hi it won't let me upload a pic. But after the help and advise the other day everyone was saying to get my results and post so can maybe get more help and advise so here they are.
On 18th April
Serum free T4 level 38pmol/L (9.0 - 25.0)
Serum TSH level <0.05
CA125 level 6 KU/L<35.0
started on carbimazole beginning of May On 22nd June
T4 Level 8.7 (9.0 - 25.0)
TSH Level 9. 3 miu/L (0.3 - 5.0)
Thyriod peroxidase antibody level
4 IU/mL (<25.0)
Now they have taken me of carbimazole and now I'm worried I'm gonna go over active again which was awful I have no idea what's happening

Is it possible that you can also insert the ranges for the results? Ranges are in brackets after result. The reason for this is that labs differ in their machines so might have different ranges and it is the ranges that enable members to respond.
If you press the down arrow next to More and select edit you can make alterations where required.
Rather surprised that you went so quick from hyperthyroidism to hypothyroidism. Could it be that you were placed on very high dosage of carbimazole?You shouldn't be afraid of becoming overactive because with your result, you can't remain on carbimazole for now.
You would need to do another test, may be in a month. The result will determine the next line of action.
So, can you just confirm are your TPO antibody test is 41 and over range ?
This is likely Hashimoto's Disease or are there any other detais of other antibodies over range ?
As detailed in my previous post - for Graves we are looking at TSI and or TR ab - antibodies being over range and why an antuthyroid drug, like Carbimazole is prescribed.
Since your Carbimazole has been stopped has the doctor confirmed which thyroid AI disease you are likely dealing with ?
