Easiest and cheapest Vit D test is the dried blood spot test with an NHS hospital who do this for the general public for £29

If you go for the two tests from Medichecks then order them separately otherwise they will send both together and one return envelope, and a venous blood draw kit (as they assume you will be doing them both at the same time) and you will have to arrange a blood draw (extra cost).

Forgot to say, iron test must be done after a 12 hour fast (water allowed), so early morning before breakfast is best so that you don't have to go through the day fasting.
