In my view, the most important thing is to take tablets at the same time(s) every day.
I know when I changed specialists the new one wanted to change all my tablet taking times because they believed that it was better to take them at a different time to my old specialist’s recommendations… However, as I've been taking them for over 10 years without mishap and was in a routine, I resisted changing and am getting along fine.
Personally, I take all ‘single dose per day’ tablets at 6pm and spread any multiple dose ones evenly throughout the day. Just make sure that you read the packaging to ensure that there aren’t any noted interactions.
