My daughters friend is doing University research into people with Fibromyalgia and their experience with healthcare professionals.

I made a comment on the Fibromyalgia site which seemed to cause them to be very angry.

However, one of Thyroiduk's Adviser (now deceased) was an expert in Fibromyalgia and I will give you a link that might be helpful for your daughter.

Dr Lowe was very concerned that people suffered severe pain and which could be resolved.

Dr Lowe was a scientist and researcher and resolved his own symptoms when he was very young. when he searched for the reason why his father died.

Thanks for reply.I'm only on Thyroid U.K forum and to post in the Fibromyalgia forum it seems I have to join... if no joy on here, I'll have to do so.

I saw there was few comments on fibromyalgia on here so thought some may help.

This is research for Masters Degree and she needs people to email her to get information, how to go about this is in the post.

She will no doubt have to do a lot of reading of studies in this area to complete the thesis so will pass on this information.
