Finally got my nhs endocrinology referral appointment through….

On the positive side, I guess my TSH levels will increase in 6 months so they might take me more seriously!

That is ridiculous but unfortunately the norm, made all the more worse by your not needing an endo appointment but just some thyroid hormone replacement meds.

Your thyroid antibodies were massively elevated. Have you gone gluten free?

Have you had iron & nutrients tested?

Retest thyroid and vitamins 3-4 months after going absolutely strictly gluten free

And improving low vitamin D and folate
