Good morning everyone, I hope you’re all well 😊 I’m just wondering if anyone is having issues with Accord since it changed from Actavis please? I’m having terrible morning nausea and dizziness, initially I thought it was down to taking folic acid for low folate but I completed my 4 month course a few weeks ago so it can’t be that!
I contacted the company last year and they assured me all the ingredients are the same as before.
I’ve been suffering with increased migraines and sudden onset right sided head pain since last October/November and the nausea/dizziness since January. I am still waiting for a diagnosis, I have an appointment with neurology on the 17th of June. There’s a possibility of it being occipital neuralgia which can cause these symptoms but I’m just trying to rule other things out.
All suggestions and advice very welcome 🤗

Some people have, some haven't. I've been taking Actavis for many, many years and since it changed to Accord I haven't had any problems.

I encourage you to report ALL side effects and bad experiences with ALL medicines including vaccines and diagnostic testing kits. In the UK, use the Yellow Card reporting system to inform the MHRA about any medicine issue you experience - or even suspect.
There are other routes outside the UK. For example the USA's FDA has a reporting mechanism. Within the EU, the European Medicines Agency handles reports for centrally licensed products - each country handles its own for nationally licensed products.
Thorne Basic B contains folate, but is large capsule (can tip powder out if necessary)
Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
