ThyroGold to Thyroid S Conversion

Please can anyone tell me the best way to change from TG to TS? I’m currently on 300 TG and need to be able to take the equivalent TS.

We have had very few members who take, or (more importantly for you) took, ThyroGold.

For that reason, even fewer have switched from that to Thyroid S.

I hope anyone who has will reply.
