Do you do any gentle movements to activate your energy system.? Like Qi gong or yoga . There are some exercises specifically for thyroid as well as generally . Blocked energy does effect how tired we feel and sluggishness.

Testing for low levels of vitamins and minerals is useful rather than taking things you may not need. But vit c is always good X
