Could I ask if you have done something or tried say a supplement that has made you feel better as a result?

I cut out gluten despite thinking it wouldn’t do anything. To my surprise it did help!

I also added a vitamin c tablet taken at the same time as my Levo felt like it helped with T3/T4 conversion, felt better for that also.

Need to get full thyroid and vitamin testing dose 6-8 weeks after any significant changes like going strictly gluten free

Do you do any gentle movements to activate your energy system.? Like Qi gong or yoga . There are some exercises specifically for thyroid as well as generally . Blocked energy does effect how tired we feel and sluggishness.

If you don’t fancy above dance to your favourite music , sing ....

What about sugar?. Best limit it ...

Testing for low levels of vitamins and minerals is useful rather than taking things you may not need. But vit c is always good X
