Please advise on any dosing adjustments I should make please. Below are my blood results. I have adjusted my meds before the last test down to 125mg of levothyroxine from 150mg and I’m currently on 12.5 t3 split into 2 doses. I still get overheated and have palpitations but this could be due to my blood pressure and another medication called venlafaxine, that causes sweating. My mood is low. Thank you .

T3 and levo dose adjustment

JBLOVELL
When did you take our last doses of Levo and T3 before the test? Last dose of Levo should be 24 hours before, last dose of T3 should be 8-12 hours before.
How long have you been on your current doses?
Levo was 24 hours and t3 was 10 hours. I’ve been on this dose 6/7 weeks.

So your FT4 might still be too high for you, it's 97% through range (we are all different where we need this when on combination replacement hormone). Your FT3 is only 35% through range and when on T3 we generally need this higher in range.
If those were my results I would reduce Levo by 12.5mcg, wait a week or two then increase T3 by 6.25mcg (total 18.75mcg assuming you have 25mcg tablets). Retest 6-8 weeks after last dose change.
I didn’t realise that t4 being too high for me could cause this. I thought it was only t3. I’m learning so much. Thank you .
A lovely old school endo once told me that so long as your thyroid hormobes are i. Range you can do no harm. Wise words. You did right to reduced and I think seaside Suzie's advice for the next step of your meds is spot on. Its all about tweaking now to get the optimal dose for you.
