Just wondered if anyone has tried Higher Nature Thyroid Support when on Levo thyroxine? A lady in my shop has recommended it but I'm reading conflicting reports of whether you can take it whilst on thyroxine - according to their website you can but should reduce the daily dose. Just wondered if anyone had thoughts about it before I buy some? Thanks in advance!

So it's a multivitamin/mineral which aren't recommended here.
It has B vitamins with such a minute amount of B12 it wont do anything, nor will the 25mg magnesium.
Zinc and copper are best tested first, we often have an imbalance of these anyway so supplementing what's necessary is best.
It contains iodine which used to be used to treat hypERthyroidism so can make hypothyroidism worse.
It contains iron which will affect the absorption of everything else as iron needs to be taken 2 hours away from other supplements, although the amount is very small anyway.
Much better to test core vitamins - Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin - see if you have any low levels and address those individually.
Iodine should be tested with a non-loading test before knowing if you need to supplement.
If you think you need any kind of thyroid support, the best thing to do is get full thyroid/vitamin testing and start from there.
