Hi ~ look up acanthosis nigricans...that's what it looks like. If it is, then having less sugar, carbohydrates and grains should help. Sorry I can't provide a link... computer problems.

As it is so localised as to where a collar would rub, try changing your washing powder - it could just be that your skin does not like your current washing powder very much! Worth a go anyway!
