Low Blood Pressure on T3 over or under?

I had low blood pressure on Levothyroxine but after being on T3 only for three weeks my blood pressure is even lower. My systolic ranges from 74-90 and diastolic from 54-65. It makes me dizzy and my hands are cold. I'm still very tired and my legs feel heavy. My heart rate is consistently in the 80s and 90s and when I wake a few times in the night it's elevated above 100, about 8 hours after my last T3 dose, and I sleep poorly. My temp when I wake up is low but throughout the day is optimal. My doctors orders were to stick with 50mcg and split it twice. I was trying to follow the T3 circadian rhythm splitting 50mcg but I remain tired all day. The only positive about splitting is that it did keep my T3 level all day. I admit a few days I tried 75mcg. One day I took 75mcg in the morning with a few hours in between and felt great but was tired by 3pm. The next day I tried splitting it three times but was tired all day. Splitting the doses doesn't seem to have the same effect as taking it all at once but it increases my heart rate, however spacing it out my heart rate is still in the 80s and 90s. I'm due for a test soon but does this sound like under medication? I'm not sure if my heart rate is elevated because of cortisol or under medication. I need to get my labs done but I feel so awful in the mornings. I certainly don't feel over medicated. Did anyone experience these struggles going on T3 only? I haven't had body pain and find this more tolerable than Levo but I'd like some sleep and be able to function.! Any ideas? Appreciate all feedback.

I can’t go into details as I don’t know you but each person is different and all I would say is take your time and stick to one regime for a while and if you add or subtract do it VERY gradually .It sounds as though you are under medicated but stay with it for a while ie weeks not days, before you change anything. Your body has to adjust and it doesn’t do it overnight.if you are feeling a bit better then it sounds as though you are on the right course. Be patient.

Hi thanks. yes it's clear I'm needing more but have decided only to add in increments.

We are all different, I take mine 100mcg at bedtime, if i split mine throughout the day I cant wake up. I sleep better taking mine at bedtime, after lots of detailed journaling it was obvious that T3 takes 9 hours to kick in for me. When i took it in the morning i couldnt wake up all day and slept badly. Circadian didnt work for me and if i am honest too much faffing about. I start to get higher heart rate towards 8pm at night that goes back down after I take my T3 so for me that is an under medicated sign. My GP recently put mine up from 75mcg to 100mcg as my blood pressure, pulse and temps were all low, i cant say i feel any different with the extra 25mcg, certainly no extra energy. Its all trial and error, your blood pressure is low so do some reading and see what seems to fit.
