Hypothyroid with Hashimoto’s following AIP diet ?

Any fellow Hypothyroid patients with Hashimoto’s successfully following an AIP diet? Would like to know about your experience.

My friend followed it for a year and had great results she is on T3 only now and is feeling so much better

I brought my antibodies in range after about 3 months on AIP. It's intended to be a shorter term thing (3-6 months) but it's effective.If you still have symptoms after AIP, you likely have other stuff going on that needs to be addressed. I still had a few issues and discovered gut candida.
