Is it possible to do a 24 hour Cortisol Saliva test without having a routine for waking and sleeping? i.e. waking at 7am, sleeping at 11pm

They ask you to do your test on a "typical" day. If you don't have a regular routine then it's best to get guidance from the testing company.
Hopefully you're using Regenerus or Genova Diagnostics who test both cortisol plus DHEA, testing cortisol on it's own isn't recommended.
