Hello. Any advice on the best way to move from taking meds in the morning to bedtime. I’m on 75mcg Levothyroxine. Thanks

You should have no problem simply doing it. Levo can be easier to adjust for timing than other meds we use.

Just take tomorrow morning’s dose levothyroxine tonight

Retest bloods 6-8 weeks after changing to night time dose

If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test

If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal

Thank you. So that’s two doses in the same day - morning and night?

Yes, but it’s only for the first time you change your timings. I take mine at night, it’s much easier.
