I purchased private tests from bloodtestscanada.com (Blue Horizon Medicals)and their website says I'll receive a requisition for Dynacare, and I don't need a doctor's referral. But when I called Dynacare, they said they won't accept the requisition unless it's by an actual doctor, and signed?

Canadians: has anyone used Blood Tests Canada or Dynacare?
Hi,
Canadian here. I'm not familiar with blue horizon but Ive used dynacare to get all my bloodwork for years. From my experience, they always require a doc's signature for bloodwork .
Thank you so much, it really helps to hear your experience!
Maybe bloodtestscanada.com has a doctor on staff, who looks at your application, and then signs a requisition that is mailed to you?
Thank you. Did you ever run into this as well? I'm confused because when I called Dynacare, they said this doesn't count, it has to be a doctor who I actually visited and prescribed the tests. Also after I paid online at blootestscanada.com, I got a blank PDF form without any signature.
No, but I've heard/read of something similar happening with drug prescriptions. I believe that it was with regard to phone consults many years ago, before Skype and Zoom made those things possible. I found it so odd that you could get drugs from a doctor you'd never met - on the phone! It just occurred to me, when I read your question, that a web company might be doing the same thing. WOW that they would send you a requisition without a signature!
