I am interested in getting a rT3 test done and a google search revealed smartnutrition.co.uk. This website does not appear on lists. Is it genuine? Are there any other test organisations performing this test?

There are, I think, but it's really not worth testing. The result will tell you if you have high rT3, but it won't tell you why. And, there are many, many reasons for high rT3, and only one of them has anything to do with thyroid. High rT3 is not a problem, anyway.
The article here healthyhormones.us/reverse-... would seem to contradict you? But interested in learning more.

Yes, that's an old article - 2017. There's been more research since then. rT3 doesn't cause symptoms, it is inert and only stays in the system for a couple of hours before being converted to T2, then T1, then the iodine is recycled. It's natures way of getting rid of excess T4 without wasting iodine. And, it doesn't block T3 receptors as used to be thought, but has its own receptors. What causes the symptoms is the low FT3.
Can see from your profile you have had Graves’ disease and RAI
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Do you always get same brand brand
What vitamin supplements are you currently
What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results and ranges
Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
If/when also on T3, make sure to take last third or quarter of daily dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test
Is this how you do your tests?

I have been wary of placing my results Slowdragon, given my daily reading of this forum, and knowing full well of your instructions to others. The problem being mixting of results from different labs.
So I obtained my hospital blood test results going back to March 1999 and they have proved to be interesting reading, especially after previous advice provided to others by the knowledgeable members of this place.
I have then converted all of these into a percentage of range in excel, allowing results from a variety of tests to be combined over time.
I have been on 100mg thyroxine since around 2004, a dose with no regard to body mass, which has slowly increased to a BMI of 41 recently and embarrassment of not being able to loose weight while enjoying a alcohol free, pescatarian diet since around 1986 with vitamin supplements (Wellman and cod liver oil) for more than 20 years.
So following your strict instructions of no ferritin supplement, or food or drink 12h before the test and last thyroxine 26h before tests, I have some results.
I should say that I am healthy, with raised liver functions, having taken a statin for around 40 years.
So readings as a percentage of range [hopefully the picture is readable] since the test 4000ug of vit e per day + B12
