How to take Metavive glandular porcine before blood test Friday 12 o'clock

I usually take 2 Met II morning plus1 Met I at 2 pm and 1 Met I 6pm but my blood test will be at 12 Friday so I started to push the morning dose to 10 am afternoon to 3 pm and the last one a 10 pm would it be ok for the next few days to take the morning one (2 Met II) at Midday then the afternoon at 4pm then the evening one at midnight so the day of my test I can take my first dose just after the 12 o'clock test. and yes before anyone says it I could not have a better time as they were fully booked. I do not want to have it another week as I feel quite Hypo and need to know where I stand. I have also not taken biotin for 4 weeks.

Same as NDT: last metavive 8-12 hours before blood test. I usually just keep morning dose the same time and move pm ones gradually later over a few days
