Apologies in advance for being a computer doofus, but I seem to have signed up so that replies come through on my email - this isn't great for me from a privacy point of view... Should I have signed up 'via Google' at the start? And is there a way to retro-do that? My hope is to just send and receive posts on the site while logged in... Thanks. :-)

Hang on... just managed to untick most of the email boxes in the drop down menu, so maybe that'll help? (I seriously know nothing about using a computer!) (This bodes well, doesn't it?! 😁)

Personally, I've unticked all of them except one.
