Would Valium affect my blood test for an under or over active thyroid ?

Hi, I was prescribed Valium just to relax me for a few days but I got a test to see if I’ve an Uber or over active thyroid. I am just wonder if the Valium will affect my results.

Tuesday night I took 10mg of of Valium. Then I got a blood test Thursday morning at 8.30am. Is it possible it could damage the results ?
