And do you find that it is okay to take it with food or is it just as important to fast as with Levothyroxine?

For those who use T3: What is your dosing schedule like?

Depending on sources the absorption is thought to be pretty good (90%) with a peak occurring within 2 hours and a half-life of 19 hours.
I would guestimate from the graphs here that a two-times per/day dosing might be good: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... (with one potentially being fine).
thydroid
I do wonder why you are asking this question considering that replies to your other post strongly suggest that you follow the normal protocol for titrating Levo to obtain low TSH with highest possible FT4 then looking at your FT3 level, plus optimising all nutrient levels, especially as you have Hashi's, before even considering the addition of T3. All of this has been explained to you several times by different experienced, responsible members, yet you don't seem to want to listen.
Are you writing a book or an article?
Oh no, Levothyroxine Susie is here.
All kidding aside, no, not writing a book. Looking to hear someone's experience. I assume this board is open to that?
