Have you got the ranges for those results?
Please add ranges (figures in brackets after each result)
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
Presumably you have Hashimoto’s as you have endometriosis?
When were vitamin levels last tested
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Ask GP to test vitamin levels
OPTIMAL vitamin levels frequently improves conversion of Ft4 to Ft3
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you do your tests?
Are you on strictly gluten free diet? Or lactose intolerant?

Extremely high ferritin
Have you had full investigation for hemochromatosis with full iron panel test to see if iron is also high

Vitamin D needs retesting....obviously was far too low
Presumably you have been supplementing since
Folate and B12 need testing.....try Thriva after New Year
Please add ranges on Ft4 and Ft3 results and answer questions in my previous replies
