Switching T3 to Armour NDT

Hi everyone, I am looking to switch from T3 total 75mg (split dosing 3x p/d ) to Armour (used 3.5 grains p/d some years ago), please does anyone have any advice/ experiences on how to make this switch? For example do you slowly substitute Armour in for one of the T3 doses while waiting for T4 in Armour to build up and convert ? Which dose to change first etc Thanks in advance x

I did not "ramp up" to Armour from Levo (in your case T3). I just went cold turkey one morning because I was having so much trouble with my Levo I felt I had another to lose. Now, having said, that a dose of 3.5 grains pd is a colossal dose of Armour. You might want to start off at 1.5 grains and then ramp up slowly to the dose you think you may consider the dose you need. Preferably pay attention to how your body feels and stop when you feel "normal" even if it isn't the 3.5 you think will work.
