Thyroid antibodies and levothyroxine

Hi, I don’t have any antibodies (that I know of, negative TPO test. I’m awaiting to seek clarification on whether or not TG has been tested) but I’m just curious - Do TSH levels take a longer time to drop when on levothyroxine when you have thyroid antibodies?

Thanks.
