Ferritin test results

One month ago following iron infusion ferritin was 544[>300] latest result: 276[>300] is this normal or is it dropping too quickly?

I am sorry that you do not appear to have received a timely response to your post/question - or perhaps you got an answer on another post or in a Private Message? Good morning, helvella. I can’t find my post, but I was wondering whether my ferritin levels were dropping too quickly. My doctor is quite happy with the result, so it’s going to be difficult to get her to test again.

I know little about iron - and have never been deficient myself. I hope someone else might be able to add something?
