Lynndeb, this is a Thyroid Forum but the brain effect is very real and while healing the gut is important the brain can also need healing. Supplements can help with toxins but parasites can create certain toxins that hide in biofilm. It's a matter of awareness. If healing stops or doesn't even start, we have to look at these toxins. If they remain, you can't make progress.
