Hi All, Ive been using my local pharmacy for sometime and even though I specify the North Star brand of 100s and 50s (that I cut in half) all noted on my prescription most of the time they get it wrong and give me a mixture of Teva or Other brands. Does anyone use an online delivery service like Boots to get theres and would they be trusted to give you the brand you require and is there another name that North Star brand is just incase?

Im in stable position with my thyriod with what I take and dont want this faff all the time. Any advice would be amazing x

Yes, I use Echo which is Lloyd’s online delivery service. North Star is their brand and what I am sent when I order.

I originally went for online delivery of my Levo because of isolating, but my pharmacist always got mine wrong too even though I specifically asked for what used to be branded as Actavis and is the same as NS.
