what should biotin levels be as i have graves disease im not sure if it is affecting my t4 /tsh readings as they fluctuate so not sure if i should increase or decrease carbimazole

Not quite sure what you're asking, here. It's not biotin levels that affect blood test results, it's having biotin in the blood. So, if you're taking biotin as a supplement, you should stop taking it one week before the blood draw. :)
