B12 query

Hello everyone, I have a quick vitamin question. I have been taking Jarrow super B, then Ing Bs since March. In May my active B12 was 81 (37-187). That was my first test, and I assumed it would move up. But in July the result was 55 in the same range (I only stopped for a week for the test). I have lots of stomach problems which seem to be getting worse, so would it be a good idea to continue with same tablets but add in sublingual drops to ensure more absorption? Thank you. x

Have you got enough folate? Folate and B12 have a very strong relationship and you need good levels of folate to make the best use of your B12.

This is a very good link on the subject of folate :

I take a high dose B12 methylcobalamin supplement four days a week in addition to one tablet a day of Igennus Super B, but although my level of B12 is fine I can't keep my level of folate up high enough for my liking. So I take an additional methylfolate supplement four days a week as well.
