Taking levothyroxine alongside other drugs

Hi there, I wondered if anyone has had problems taking levo with anti psychotics or anti depressants as the last 2 nights,I've taken 25mg promazine hydrochloride,2x 2mg melatonin,15mg Mirtazapine and 3 x 25mcg levo and after about an hour or so have felt nauseous and a bit dizzy. I've insisted on taking Mercury Pharma levo as other brands give me side effects but cannot find a pharmacy that stocks 50mcg mercury pharma tablets,hence I'm taking 3x 25mcg tablets. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you taking them all at the same time or spacing them out?

You should always take Levo on it's own, at least 2 hours away from any other medication so that nothing affects it's absorption and to avoid any interactions.

You could also look up interactions between all combinations of the other medications you are taking to see if it's possible to take any of them at the same time as another.
