Generally speaking you dose to symptom relief not a blood test range.
Your TSH will be suppressed/low in range it's just the nature of taking any thyroid hormone replacement that contains T3 :
T4 tends to be lower in the range and T3 tends to be higher in the range than when taking T4- Levothyroxine.
So 2 out of 3 are following the norm - and your T3 can go higher if you still have symptoms :
You say you feel reasonably well, and if it were me I'd try a 1/4 grain increase and see if that improves the situation.
The timing of the blood draw to your last dose will have some bearing on the above result but I can't see any reason for your doctor to be anything other than positive.
Can you draw a comparison to when, if, you were on monotherapy with T4 only ?
