Blood tests with cold?

Hi folks - a quick query that I wonder if anyone can advise on: I’m due to have blood test at my GP tomorrow morning but I’ve a bit of a cold. Do you think this will influence the results? Thank you 😊

Ps I’ve Hashimotos and the tests are for Vit d, thyroid and cholesterol

It's recommended to delay blood tests when acute infection is present, best leave it for a few weeks.
