I used Genova Diagnostics and was very happy with it (24 h saliva - cortisol and DHEA). Many use Regenerus Labs. They ship to all European countries as far as I know. The saliva samples need to be kept refrigerated and should be shipped to the lab using overnight carrier (DHL etc). I paid 23€ for that.
