Great news guys, I did another little test on myself by cutting my 75mcg of levothyroxine in half taking 25mcg 3 times in the day morning noon & night. I've only just changed my night routine from 50mcg to 25mcg & I've realised I've actually woke up to no heel pain, first time in months, I'm so relieved to step out of bed & no shooting pains going up my legs ☺
& I'm very suprised how quick the results were. I also took the following supplements the day before: Hempseed oil capsules> 1000mg
Folic acid> 400mg
Garlic> 3mg
B1> 1.1mg
Iron tabs from doctor> x3.
So I will be sticking to this daily as it seems to have good results plus I weighed myself before I went to bed & I was 7 pounds lighter in the morning? I dont expect this every day but will keep you guys posted on any more results of this good & any adverse effects as Ive none yet & all seems good, I've checked that any supplements I'm taking dont interact with meds I'm taking too as that's very important thing to keep in mind when doing this.

my question might sound moronic but -- now that I've started splitting Levo dose, do I also have to wait 4 hours after the iron before taking other half of Levo?
I'd actually forgot I did this and hadn't been on here for months ...since then I'd went back to taking it 1st thing I morning and I don't know if its related but I've put on 6 pounds....plus I said I wasn't going to do it but I got fed up cutting 50mg accord in half that I accepted doctors dreaded teva 25mg so I'm doing everything I was trying to avoid through exhaustion/ confusion and trying not to look like some kind of medicine rebel as that's how my new doctor makes me feel....I've lost my fight just now unfortunately....this thyroid disease is so draining...plus I have developed a terribly sore right shoulder, which causes weakness & pain and my right foot at the ball part is really sore too...its a bad time for me just now...I've just started getting sudden temperature drops....I need to rush in to kitchen and pop some soup in microwave to heat myself up....sorry to break this rant but I know we all feel like shit on here so we all understand how this is...😥 I really need to seek out a new doctor that specialises in thyroid conditions.
