Is there a the difference in the tsh w/reflex to FT4 vs just testing TSH?

In April my TSH was 5.95 (0.4-4.5) and my dose of levo was upped from 75 five days days per week to 75 seven days per week,

My latest results were 2.05 (0.4-4.5) but the test was TSH w/reflex to FT4.

Are they two different tests?

This isn't a test I've heard of here in the UK.

The TSH in both test are the same. When the laboratory adds the Free T4 test to the blood sample automatically based on an abnormal TSH result, it referred to as “reflex” testing. NOTE can also be referred to as cascade testing.
