Welcome to the forum.

To be able to interpret your results and offer any suggestions we need more information .

* What are the reference ranges that came with your results, ranges vary from lab to lab so we need your lab's ranges. If you have online access to your results they will be there. If you have a print out of your results they will be the side, possibly in brackets.

* Are you diagnosed with a thyroid condition?

* Are you on any thyroid medication - if so what?

* Are you on any other medication or supplements? Your folate level is low.

Your raised thyroid peroxidase antibodies suggest autoimmune thyroid disease (know to patients as Hashimoto's). Were you aware of this?
