I have a question about a weird thing I have been noticing. I've mentioned before that I get random panic attack like periods where I am mentally fine but I get a sensation of warmth and panic wash over me and feel a bit out of my body and my chest feels 'anxious' - its hard to describe this last one! I have also now noticed I get these periods after experiencing strong emotions - if I get for example very excited I will feel very uncomfortable - its like my body physically cannot handle the emotion and I have to calm myself to stop feeling unwell and then shortly after I sometimes get the panic surge thing. Even something like embarrassment can trigger it!
I also had my blood pressure done recently and standing its 104/68 and lying its 86/something - sadly I didn't catch the last number! This seems a little low to me and is lower than when I was previously told by a doctor that it was quite low but the doctor I saw this time didn't say anything?
I was wondering if this could be related to my cortisol - I had the saliva test the other day (results in last post) which showed levels low but in range during the morning and afternoon and slighty high later on. I also wake about 2-2.30 every night feeling anxious with a pounding heart. I am waiting to get a thyroid blood test hopefully with full vits next week but I know I am still undermedicated.
Has anyone else had anything similar/heard of anything similar? Its very odd and quite uncomfortable (and annoying!) Thanks!

Hi liaratsoni - that is a well worded description of what happens to me! Definitely an undermedication- symptom. But I have been stable on T3 for a while, hypoadrenalism has improved... but it still happens. I have a few theories: Pyrolluria, which causes a B6 and Zinc deficiency.
Histamine problems.
Neurotransmitter imbalances - I place the content of a Gaba capsule under my tongue when I feel the start of an ‘attack’.
Personality - introverts and Highly Sensitive People have a much harder time processing over-stimulation (positive as well as negative)
