So your TSH is too high; and your free T4 is too low. Your previous post, over a year ago, indicated you were on 25 mcg of levo but not liking it. Now you say you are not on medication. What has happened since last time? How do you feel? We really need more of your story ...

i seen endocrinologist which he said i dont need the medication blood test are beter now and is in the normall rates my b12 gone up i do feel beter but not weel still having promplems had scan it seems both lobes lefte and right are swolen litle i will see im again in august

For full Thyroid testing you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies

B12 looks extremely low

Ask GP to test vitamin levels

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
