Adrenal Results

I received my results yesterday and as I suspected my cortisol is low morning and noon but normal the rest of the day. After doing a lot of reading I am confused and a bit scared of what to do next? What is best way forward, I'm only on 50mcg levo as raising it has been a nightmare. I always end up having to reduce it back. I have to fix adrenals first? Any advice please? Thank you. X

What are your most recent vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin results

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

Vitamin D especially needs to be optimal. It’s not a vitamin at all, it’s a pre-steroid hormone

Are you on strictly gluten free diet ?
