Welcome to the forum
Can you add most recent thyroid and vitamin results
How low was folate. Has GP prescribed folic acid?
Have you also had vitamin D and ferritin levels tested?
How long have you been on 125mcg levothyroxine and do you always get same brand of levothyroxine?
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
Last question...do you know if cause of your hypothyroidism is due to autoimmune thyroid disease also called hashimoto’s, diagnosed by high Tpo or high TG thyroid antibodies?
i cannot advise, so I ll ask some questions instead.
Are you supplementing folate?
What and when were most recent thyroid test results, inc ranges?

Maybe the PA forum can help specifically with regard to the B12 injections:
Thank you
