I currently take 125mcg Levo and feeling ok, my last thyroid results were good, but suffer a lot with dizziness & lightheaded spells, asked Doctor to test my B12, folate, ferritin & vit D, (still awaiting vit D result)
I have been supplementing 5000mcg Jarrow sublingual B12 and Igennus super B complex for around 4 weeks now, my baseline B12 result was 236ng/L same range as attached results so increasing nicely, my folate and ferritin look low? What would you recommend to increase levels as Dr says all are normal.
Any help / advice much appreciated as always

Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption
This is interesting because I have noticed that many patients with Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism, start to feel worse when their ferritin drops below 80 and usually there is hair loss when it drops below 50.
Hi SD, yes I stopped the super B complex for 7 days before the test, I currently take 1 tablet per day along with the B12, I have a couple of weeks of B12 left then will reduce to 1000mcg then retest in 3 months but I think this is moving in the right direction, I did not take my Levo and fasted just in case they snook in TSH test without my knowledge! I will request an iron panel, but don’t fancy my chances although to be fair she has been quite accommodating better than my usual GP so you never know!
Will check out the links you provided and also try your suggestions of liver, red meat etc... do you think the Igennus super B 1 per day will be enough to raise folate?
