I replied to a post and want to see comments that came after mine but can’t work out how to. I can’t even remember its title

I’d be grateful for any replies that can help me locate the post. I remember that in my reply I mentioned sinus issues but other than that I can’t say what the post was about. The reason I’m curious about the comments that came after mine is to see if there is any useful advice on post nasal drip, sinus infections or candida
