Could any of you please tell me if I have to stop taking b12 or any other supplement before the thyroid blood test?

You have to stop taking any supplement that contains biotin a week before testing. This is most often found as either a separate supplement or as part of a B Complex or a "hair and nails" supplement, but it would be worth checking anything you take just to be sure.
