Your Vit D result is good, you should maintain that level.

Folate would be better in double figures as it's recommended to be at least half way through range which would be 12+ with that range.

Active B12 is over range, do you take a separate B12?

If only taking a B Complex then which one? Folate hasn't increased much from the 6.6 it was 2 months ago. How much methylfolate (or folic acid) in it and how much methylcobalamin or cycanocobalamin B12) in it?

What is your ferritin result?

TSH is good.

FT3 is low at only 18.38% through range and FT4 is 48% through range. They should be balanced nearer the upper end of their ranges if that is where you feel well.

How do you feel?

When did you take your last dose of Levo before the test?

Do you take your Levo on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with water only and water only for one hour either side?

Do you take your Levo 2 hours away from other medication/supplements?

Thanks for your reply-

Please note the answers below:

B-Complex, I am taking once a day Igennus Super B-Complex (methylfolate (or folic acid)- 400micro gm and methylcobalamin-900microgm)

Ferritin- 62.4 (13-150)

I feel not that bad except struggling to reduce weight and puffy face and neck area, low libido, broken nail.

Due to FT3 and FT4 disparity what should I do? I already increased dose from 75 to 100 just 2 months now, please advise me.

Last dose of levo before the test 26 hours (I took previous day and took levo after taking blood on the test day)

I take levo with water early in the morning on empty stomach average 3/4-1 hr before food.

Yes, I take other supplements (Vit B Complx as mentioned above and Iron Sulphate) at night for last two months now.

Thanks

Are you taking the suggested dose of 2 tablets? If only taking one tablet then you'd only be getting 200mcg methylfolate. As your B12 is over range you don't really need 900mcg methylcobalamin so might be better taking a B Complex that has 400mcg methylfolate but a smaller amount of methylcobalamin. I take Thorne Basic B and 1 capsule gives 400mcg methylfolate and 400mcg methylcobalamin. There may be others with lower amounts of B12.

Ferritin- 62.4 (13-150)

That would be better a bit higher, - half way through range which is 82. Eating liver, liver pate, black pudding and other iron rich foods will help.

Your FT4 is low in range so that needs improving, so a further increase in your Levo to raise your FT4 then see where your FT3 lies. Low T3 can make weight loss difficult. Improving conversion of T4 to T3 may help improve your FT3 level. You're not too bad on your nutrient levels on the whole so maybe try supplementing with selenium L-Selenomethionine (200mcg) as that is said to aid conversion. If your conversion remains low after increasing Levo to give FT4 in the upper part of the range, plus supplementing with selenium, then maybe consider the addition of T3 to your Levo.

I would make sure that it's definitely an hour so there's no chance absorption could be affected. But what do you have for breakfast? Does it contain a lot of milk, the calcium in milk could be affecting absorption.

Thanks,

Yes I take little milk with oats in my breakfast, will avoid that from now.

And also follow your other advises.
