I think 'over-active thyroid' is a bit of an exaggeration. Your TSH is suppressed, yes, but your Frees are only slightly over-range. At a guess, I would say you're more likely to have autoimmune thyroiditis - Hashi's - than an over-active thyroid. But, you need your antibodies tested:

TPO antibodies and Tg antibodies for Hashi's - hypothyroidism with 'hyper' swings.

TRAB and TSI for Grave's - true hyperthyroidism.

I would suggest you don't take any sort of medication until the antibodies have been tested. :)

The doctor asked if I would like to start meds before I see the specialist but I did say I’d rather wait so sounds like I did the right thing. Thank you.x

I think you did, yes. But, not just until you see the specialist, because if the specialist also says over-active thyroid without testing the antibodies, he will just be guessing. And that's not good enough. You need the antibodies tested. :)

Was this your first set of tests ? With Graves’ (assuming this is Graves’) it’s always useful to look at the trend.

If you’re having issues with hyper symptoms, one option would be to ask your GP for a beta blocker, which will ease symptoms such as a thumping and galloping heart rate, breathlessness and tremor while you’re waiting to see the endo ..but as your thyroid levels aren’t much over range, hopefully you aren’t in too much distress at the moment.

Again, if this is Graves’, there is a related condition called thyroid eye disease. Typically, you will be asked if you’re having any issues with your eyes - eg dry eyes, double vision - for your at least your first few appointments, until they are confident you know what to look out for. They should also check your eyes, but this may be more difficult if you have a video appointment, as may be the case under current circs. Nothing to panic about, but you should be aware, and make sure you mention any issues.

Graves’ isn’t the only cause of a hyperactive thyroid. There are some useful leaflets here:

From your other page of results:

CRP: 10 (0-5)

and from these results:

ESR: 18 (1-12)

Both of these are inflammation markers and are high. Hashi's can cause inflammation so it fits in with what Greygoose has said.

Also, Hashi's can cause gut/absorption problems and low nutrient levels/deficiencies. I would ask for Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin to be tested.

From this page of results, your HbA1Cis in the pre-diabetic range. Has this been discussed with you?

Should I be concerned that my TSH is so low, I stupidly googled it and have scared myself :(

The low TSH is part of the hyper swing, goes with the high FT4 and FT3. If you have any questions, ask on here rather than Google :)
