Hello eveyone..

I did this Saliva test some time ago. Im feeling exactly the same as i was feeling at time when i did the test.

I was about pregnant at the time so couldn't do much with the results or take anything without being safe for baby.

Is there anything that will help me with the morning cortisol as i struggle so much to get out of bed, finally after an hour im able to drag myself out and im like a zombie all day until about 6pm when im able to do some chores and make dinner.

Will i benefit from Nutri adrenal? Or other supplements which was a sucess will be really appreciated.

Those results are too old to take any notice of, they are from November 2018. Did you do anything about the results at the time of the test? You really need to repeat the test to see where your levels are now.

I wouldn't take anything at all until you have a new test.

Your struggle to get out of bed could very well be low morning cortisol. I've been working on raising my cortisol levels for a couple of years, and the AM30 one is the most stubborn, I don't seem to be getting anywhere improving that one.

SS,

I feel exactly the same as i did when i did the test. Cant afford another test with current situation.

I did show it to my gp and endo who completely dismissed it. They said these tests are not accurate anyways.

I was few weeks pregnant so didnt take anything for it.

So as you were pregnant at the time of that test, your situation is different now. You just can't guess what the problem is and my suggestion would be not to take anything unless you know where your levels are and how they need to be treated.

If you are still struggling then you should ask your GP to do an early morning blood cortisol test to see what your levels. Your cortisol levels back then were very flat, it may mean that you have adrenal insufficiency which needs checking out before you introduce any alternative meds.

Pauline,

My docs did do a early morning cortisol blood test which was 563. Said it was normal and left it at that.

I feel awful especially in the mornings.
