is anyone having problems receiving testing kits?

Hi i bought testing kits from Medichecks and Blue Horizon over a week ago and not yet received them. Has anyone else had this problem?

I did ask them before ordering the kits if there would be any delay due to present covid 19 crisis and was reassured me that things there end was carrying on as normal.

any feedback would be much appreciated

I ordered a medicheck test last Thursday afternoon and received it Friday breakfast time-took about 16 hours!Sounds like you have post office delivery issues?

yes i normally received test kits quite quickly.....until now. will contact medichecks and blue horizon but do think its down to postal delays

Yes I think postal delays will probably the problem.

The delay may be with the post office. We can't expect normal service for anything now.

yes we are not in normal times so even if I get the kits and return samples do not think they will reach labs on time

Next Day guaranteed delivery might be the only way to be sure it arrives at the lab in time. Costly of course. Worth checking with RM first to find out if it's still a guaranteed service.
