Can't make out most of those, the picture is very blurry, I can only see numbers not the test names. The ones I can make out are
B12: 240 (145-910)
This is low in range. Many people with B12 in the 300s have been found to need B12 injections. Do you have any signs of B12 deficiency, check here:
b12deficiency.info/signs-an...
If you do then list them to discuss with your GP and ask for testing for B12 deficiency and Pernicious Anaemia. Do not take any B12 supplements or folic acid/folate/B Complex supplements before further testing of B12 as this will mask signs of B12 deficiency and skew results.
If you don't then you could supplement with sublingual methycobalamin 1000mcg daily, along with a good B Complex which is needed to balance all the B vitamins. Use one bottle then you should be able to continue with just the B Complex (consider Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B).
Folate: 9.4 (3-20)
This isn't bad but folate is recommended to be at least half way through range (11.5+ with that range). The B Complex mentioned above will help raise your level, but if you have any signs of B12 deficiency don't start the B Complex until after further testing and B12 injections/supplements commenced.
It doesn't look as though any of the tests have an exclamation mark by them which is how what they use to show out of range/abnormal results, in which case there shouldn't be any problems.
