One of you very kindly recommended someone, a female and I think a specialist, whom you had found very helpful in resolving female hormonal problems, probably around the menopause but I don't remember for sure. Please, can anyone recommend someone to help me? My body does not tolerate oestrogen yet I have osteopoenia and other post menopausal symptoms and don't know what to do or where to go for help and advice.

Hi thyroid you don’t need these consultants and there exorbitant charges ask your gp to refer you to a menopause clinic.oesteopenia you can reverse or at least halt with the right diet and the right exercises have a look on you tube and you will find good advice on the best methods.your probably just feeling very alone, meno does that to us.
have a look at menopause matters just type it into google you’ll get lots of good advice there.personally I’d advise if you can afford it get your vitamins checked with medichecks blood tests I did this following advice here and my d3 folate and b12 were all low no wonder the hrt didn’t help me that wasn’t the problem it was the low levels ,the symptoms all mimic each other so you just don’t know for sure what your dealing with.keep your chin up you will get help ,keep researching and reading and posting for advice they are great here.x
Thank-you for your kind and very helpful message, I've just been reading the Menopause Matters site for ages. Luckily I am not sad about this at all, nor feeling alone just a bit frustrated with the surgery because I do want to give my body the support it needs.
