Hashimotos functional doctor

I’m looking for a functional medicine doctor to help me with my hypothyroidism and hashimotos. I’ve been suffering so many years now. Tried Nutritionalist but that’s not helping. Would anyone know of any near Walsall or has anyone had any experience online with Dr Kajiki? I would really appreciate any advice.

I would post your latest thyroid test results here for suggestions on the way forward. So many knowledgeable members here who can help and save you money ! Have you had vitamins and minerals tested ?

Hi thanks for your reply. My tag is 10 ( it has been higher) my vita are all on the lower range thyroglobulin is 68.5 and thyroid periodises antibodies 229. I feel absolutely awful and I’ll all the time but I try to carry on as normal. Especially with a family who have no sympathy. I was looking at Sarah Davies ( saw on someone else’s post) but Shes extremely expensive. Could anyone suggest a functional doctor or any sound advice. I’m trying to come off gluten and processed foods but it’s difficult when I have to do cooking for all of the family .

It would be cheaper if you test your vitamin levels yourself by using Medichecks and then post the results on here for members to advise. I do that and I buy my vitamins on line.

I have had my bloods done twice by medichecks in the last 2 yrs but I don’t know how to upload them on here!

Download them into your documents as a screen shot and then post them as a picture on your thread after the heading. I hope that makes sense?!
